The Somerset Eel Recovery Project (SERP) works to support the recovery of the European eel and the freshwater ecosystems on which it depends.

Our work brings together conservation, research, education, community engagement, art, and culture. We believe that protecting species and habitats also means helping people develop deeper connections with the landscapes and wildlife around them.

Every purchase helps support this wider work and the continuing conversation about the future of eels, rivers, wetlands, and the communities they serve.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged or there’s a problem with what you’ve received, please get in touch with us and we’ll do our very best to put it right.

If you’d like to return an item for another reason, please contact us before sending anything back so we can advise you on the appropriate process. Again, we'd want to mitigate the potential environmental impact.

Please take care when returning items and, where possible, reuse the original packaging to help minimise waste.

We ship orders in batches to minimise the environmental impact of packaging, transport, and fulfilment. Your order may therefore take a little longer to leave us than with commercial retailers.

Please bear with us while we gather orders and send them together as efficiently as possible. We’ll dispatch your order in the next available batch and provide dispatch information where available.
